Health system problems

Sooooo I have type one diabetes (autoimmune disease) and I had it since I was 7 years old. It’s always been pretty stable but I had to keep going to check-ups every three months to be safe.
My issue rn is that I have to be transferred from a children’s hospital to an adult one. My doctor literally told me that they would fax the new hospital and all I had to do was wait for a call. So I did. For months now.
Turns out my file was never sent! And when I called the children’s hospital, they told me the nurse was busy and they would call me back.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I get nurses have a lot on their plates. But it has been MONTHS and it’s just sending over my file by fax man (;-;)
Sorry for ranting it’s just so frustrating cuz like the f you mean you forgor???? Idk has anyone else had experiences like these?
