Some ratings are so misleading

OKAY I AM GOING TO DO A SMALL RANT ABOUT THIS!
BUT TELL ME WHY PG-13 BE HAVING MORE SEXUAL SCENES THAN RATED-R MOVIES!?!?!?!?
like i get that a rated-r movie has a ton of swearing and whatnot but honestly its better than full on pda or just obvious scenes that contain sexual content/grape. i remember looking for movies to watch and one looked interesting as a action movie and it was pg-13 so i thought it’d be good, but instead i just find myself closing out the movie because of the scenes that were so uncomfortable and somewhat unnecessary. its like some movie directors cant make a movie without those type of scenes. i mean sure i grew up watching rated-r movies since my mom didn't really care but i would say some of those movies are more better than the ones meant for me to watch, like i said, maybe im too used to watching movies that dont have much scenes with sexual content and more action but honestly i feel like sometimes they need to change some ratings on movies because its very misleading.
other from that point i just hate having to sit through a movie that has a scene where it contains sx/grape and its rated pg-13 or something, and an r-rated movie is just blood and swearing.
