The first entry will absolutely be,
kpop and black culture :<

obviously, the kpop industry is based on black music, and many fans don't seem to understand that. when they do and their idol does something obviously racist, it's "they don't know" "they're only "30teen" like what?oml, they work in an industry directly inspired by black people and they "don't know" when they're being racist.. don't even get me started on when they wear cornrows especially when it's an idol that can absolutely object and/or is educated enough on the subject of it (cough tarzzan).

yes i am tarzzan's #1 hater, no i do not wish him death or anything, i just wish he would open up his eyes. many idols use blaccents and their fans think "it's just a trend". it's trendy to use that way of talking to be less elite, to be more "ghetto" (I HATE THAT TERM OMG) and people forget how many things have been stolen from black people and african-americans as they're gentrified and repackaged. kiss of life was so disappointing to me, a black girl who loved their music. a hip-hop themed live and you picked a random black man off the street cause if they're black, they're also a rapper, right? no influential black names to give appreciation back to the community who made the genre they're using.

don't even get me started on the n word usage and how "they apologized" (looking at bts and giselle rn) and the mark lee confederate shirt. 27-year-old canadian-korean man who grew up in canada and the us somehow doesn't know what it means? the man who has his own company that he's under so he can absolutety choose what he wears? and his scripted live to "apologize" 2 months later before he releases new musichmm..... right. the excusing racism (SO MANY OLD RACIST VARIETY SHOWS THAT IDOLS WERE CHEESING AT) and blatant racist comments (wendy red velvet im looking at you), the industry continues to profit off of the people they constantly ignore and put down.

hii i hope u enjoyed this blog entry coolbois, they're honestly more racist stuff that idols have done, "you didn't mention-" yeah they should still be cancelled. i don't give a shit honestly
