anyone else has a favorite movie or series character you not only relate to, but feel attached to/find comfort in them in a way that they could cure wounds just by showing up on screen? or like a hug from them could undo nearly all bad days and thoughts you've ever had?
it's not exactly a comfort movie or show, or just a character you feel a bit happier seeing content of, but a character you know that would be the only thing to make you feel at least a tad better just by turning your brain off and letting their appearance on screen or overall mention in that movie/show replace the void
to me, this feels slightly too much info to put out like that on the internet, but i feel like that with Spencer Reid in a way where i'm sure that even in another life, i'll turn on my tv and pick any episodes of 'Criminal Minds' where Spencer shows up and watch it if i'm feeling like rock bottom or absolutely lonely in whatever sense.
that "la la la laaa laa" song from 'Gilmore Girls' (i think it's from 'Gilmore Girls'..) even plays on my head sometimes when i'm in a dark space and Spencer shows on the screen like a spot of sunshine amidst a raging storm
