Ao3 and Wattpad users

maybe I need to get off of the internet but I've been seeing a lot of discourse from the quote great Wattpad migration in quote people are migrating a03 in protest of wattpads new community guidelinesAnd have found that 803 is a culture shock with the censorship there isn't any censorship on A03. original A03 users are complaining basically saying that Wattpad users are too sensitive and too uptight and Puritan while Wattpad users are saying A03 users are complete deprived freaks and P3dos. now this threw me for a loop when I heard this and then I finally looked at both sides of the discourse and normally I try to look at it from both angles and hear both sides out but on one side I'm hearing ‘oh this is too much’ ‘What if a child comes across this’ ‘ we need stricter censorship’ and on the other side I'm hearing ‘ it's not it's not CP if it's fictional’ ‘ a predatory relationship 30 year old man and a 7 year old little girl is fine because it's not hurting any real people’ ‘ let people like what they like’ l and honestly I was trying to hear the people on a03 out but I can't I genuinely cannot and I hope this is just a minor extremely vocal minority of people that think it's okay to read media depicting children being assaulted by adults but then turn around and saying it's okay because it's not real kids ??? I've seen people say Oh these Wattpad users I have gone so far left they've turned right’ oh it's a radical take to not want to see to hopefully rid the internet of pedophilic content ???
But my verdict is Wattpad users need to stop complaining about the harsh censorship if they're just going to turn around and go someplace else with a looser censorship and then complain about minor things like step siblings and monsters, but A03 users need to tighten the fuck up cuz y'all are looking like people I don't want to leave my children around it's also what I'm saying I feel like there can be a middle ground here. But at the end of the day it's probably hopefully a small vocal minority of each group coming to the Limelight and we all need to go outside touchgrass and talk to real people because remember nothing on the Internet is real.
