anyone else having trouble w Tumblr?

i can't lie when i say i like Tumblr, but it probably despises me for some reason.

it's been over a year since i've been trying to get my account back, but received no answer until last month, when i tried reaching to them for the 5th time — i got a half-assed answer and no actual solution or clarification on why my account, which wasn't being used since 2024, isn't available anymore. when searching it up, it's a "ghost account", and when i try to log in, it says the account was cancelled and that's it.

fun fact: untill last month as well, i didn't receive a message when trying to log in; the page merely refreshed as if i hadn't put anything there in the first place and that was it 😀

anyone has any idea on what should i do? i literally cannot create a new e-mail untill next year because of my damn family link, so i can only use the e-mail that's blocked and won't be able to do half of the stuff there with the made-up e-mail i put on my new acc 😭
