Dear internet,
Today I honestly am really exited ! I started working on the sketch for my painting and I LOVE IT. I've had this concept in my mind for so long and I finally can make it come true ! I don't want to spoil too much as I am hoping to display it for an art event at my school but I'll try to give a vague yet soecific rundown. So basically im working on this painting and its meant to be a commentary on how religion can impact people and how it is so pushed by society on to everyone. I want it to capture the shame of feeling like you cant be "saved" or losing your own identity for the prssure of others to fit into their mold. Anyways I finally got a canvas for it, although its sadly very small but it was the only thing they had so i can make that work. Honestly im so gappy that I finally got to sketch it out. I have a vague outline of what I want, but i still need to venture into the outside world to gather more materials. Overall I am so passionate about this and I can't wait until its done so I can share more ! I definitely will be updating on the process soon !
