[june 23] i tried drawing with pastel chalk for the first time! i first tried to use a normal picture as a reference but couldnt get the colours right so decided to use another pastel drawing as ref. Its really hard to control where the chalk goes, as I'm used to drawing with pencil or pen which you can control very precisely. But i love how it turned out and i love how you can use random ass colours for it to still end up looking good.
