HII !
My name is teri and I love art. Sadly, I have been a slave to social media and have never explored the internet. But I have been trying to find cool spaces to explore.
I recently found this, and I am having fun with this website, but I still need to learn how to customize my profile. Never really done this before, but am trying to learn. If anyone has any tips for the profile thing or other cool internet spaces, comment!

HTML is the foundation, it is where you make the simple building blocks (usually, you can style them in HTML but it's an outdated form) like the text boxes, buttons, sections, etc
CSS is what styles it (usually), very common things are color changes, hover effects, opacity, etc. You're essentially saying "Hey, CSS, you know this text box? Yeah, I want it in red" and assigning attributes like that
