i was wondering, do other ppl also have conversations with themselves as like a "we"? Like, I'll talk to myself all "we can do this bla bla" and im wondering do other ppl do that too or is this just a me thing?
I definitely think it's a normal thing to do. The mind is a weird thing. People have internal arguments all the time, so I'm not surprised people would refer to themselves with a collective pronoun.
Personally, I tend to use the second person (you/your). It's like I'm embodying one of my many facets and telling the entirety of myself to [feeling/thought/action]. It's like my body/collective self is a ship and I refer to the ship as "you" in my thoughts. I don't recall really giving the different workers of this ship any direct pronouns. They're all still me. It's a weird situation.
I do this all the time. I often catch other people talking to themselves when i'm out shopping and stuff like that lol, I've been caught mumbling to myself and i know it's normal but it's still embarrassing
There seems to be this idea that a person talking to themself must be completely detached from reality. It's kind of nice to hear that you've witnessed other people talk to themselves. I can't recall ever really hearing strangers do that!
I don't do it often, but it does definitely occur. But I do feel like I'm more than one, almost all the time, and honestly it feels like the source of all my problems. They disagree so often and I don't know who is right or wrong, which one am I, maybe neither? Probably both? But then how do you choose.
I do this all the time, even imagine conversation as if it's a funny joke/bit playing out XD I think it's in human nature to talk to yourself to some degree(๑>ᴗ<๑)

Though I don't typically refer to myself as we. It's either I or you. Odd maybe?? Idk...
