I’ve been going to NY recently and wondered if anyone had any recommendations for stuff to do/places to go. NY is such a magical place it feels like anything can happen there. My favorite part is the public transport system I hate driving with a burning passion 🙏

What r ur experiences/thoughts on the Big Apple?

I will say seeing homeless people makes me feel so bad for them. Like even if I wanted to donate, there’s a risk to interacting with them :(.

When I rode the subway I noticed they had cameras installed for ur safety, which I’ve never seen before. Maybe this is the Mamdani effect. Smth else I love is how art is everywhere - like murals and street art, museums, local businesses, etc.

The city is genuinely alive in the best/worst way.
