Fun experience with the right group of people. Whether it's the numbers, story, the role playing, I really think dnd is a super cool hobby. But it's almost entirely vibe dependent. You can't play with people you don't mesh with.

I've always wanted to play DND, too, but nobody I know is interested. I've seen that there are solo DND, but I imagine it's not the same.

i play dnd!! it is really cool and you are essentially acting in a choose your own adventure kind of way. only thing do make sure you get along with your campaign members

Yeah I probs won’t play solo dnd cuz I think a big thing is the community aspect of it - I meant one day I’ll have my own party 🙏

I really enjoy it. I'm in two campaigns at the moment - both currently in the planning stage. It's really fun once you get the hang of it. However, it can also depend on the party. Cause sometimes the party or dungeon master can ruin it for you.

Most campaigns I've been in ended up being really chaotic, which is the type of stuff I enjoy, though not everyone likes chaos. However not all campaigns end up that chaotic

you can find online parties on roll20 discord server but ive never tried it (roll20 is pretty good for online dnd, there's also owlbear rodeo who is free)
