I am assuming that whatever I erase ceases to exist in the future instead. I don't want to go through the mental hoops of trying to erase major things from history.
Anyway, I would erase allergies. I have hope that social justice will continue to prevail, but it'll take a damn long time to cure allergies, if we ever will be able to. Similar to wanting to erase cancer, but from what I know, more active research is being done into cancer. Makes sense, so I'll just knock allergies out along the way.
Nothing, you never know what could happen if something didn't exist. I could never meet some people that are important, same with you. Like some wise guy said: I regret nothing. It's exactly the same thing as with time travel. It's a paradox, you remove bombs and then boom, you don't have a airbag in a car. You remove guns, people would still kill each other but you would hear about it more often because it would be "more personal" with a knife. Even rape, 2/3 of sexual content would disappear. I we would want to delete something, but without destroying our universe by paradox we would need to delete something like thought, not a type of person, did, item, nothing physical. We could delete sexualization of children, but then Japan would just disintegrate, but I can live with that

Racism, sexism and pedophilia. I hate those three the most.
