I will give you some good and bad. Some positive ones first, as an American, I will say that we are very loud at times, overly positive, and somewhat work-centered. But a lot of people here are very openly friendly and will help you if they can.
A big one is that Americans are very individualistic; this comes from American culture. Think of cowboys and that type of mindset. Also, a kind of odd one to think on, but Americans lean on things when standing; this one is true for me as I do it all the time lol.
For some more negative ones, there is the whole that Americans are fat, stupid, and arrogant. I feel like these are often rooted in classism. Sure, there are people here that fit that stereotype, but it's just that—a stereotype.
