try opening the top half of your head up, it may be a bit stuck at first so use a phillp's head screwdriver to jam it open (use a knife if you dont have one) and get the kargest spoon you can find, add about 1 cup of resin in for every 10 years youve been alive and stir until hard. I also suggest sanding it down, as sometimes you dont mix good enough and it impossible to tell until its set. Remember to seal with band aids
do something crazy but not bad. like going into the shower with your clothes on. idk i haven't tried it but i heard it resets your brain n that its also good for dissociation
You're gonna hate me for this: Drink some water. Get a water bottle that you really like, put some fun stickers on it so that you want to use it often (Also! Electrolyte drink packets). Seriously, if it's brain fog or something similar it will help. Also try watching some interesting\ optimistic video essays (Instead of the typical short form content all of us are used to)
i'm gonna be so honest you have to read books. i got back into reading this past january and i already see a noticeable difference in my critical thinking, ability to articulate my thoughts, and major improvement in my vocabulary when talking aloud. it doesn't matter if the books you read are physical vs. digital or what genre they are (fiction, fantasy, history, how-to's, etc.) just as long as you consistently read something. it's not even necessary to read for a long amount of time every day since it's just a hobby to do in your free time!
Creatine and excersice works wonders, and so does standing barefoot in grass. Honestly just getting out and doing things by yourself helps reduce brain fog.
