My main thing at the moment is world building and outlining a plot for a sci-fi novella (based on a dream) that I will complete eventually. In the past, most of my written stuff has been poetry but I've been trying to branch out to other types of writing lately. A friend of mine hosts a poetry open mic and I've been trying to work myself up to finally sharing some of my writing publicly.
This is my post, but I'll respond. My main priority is to become more independent. After that, I want to find balance with my studying, sell some art commissions, and get back into writing my main stories!! I really want to complete the script and thumbnails for the first episode of my comic by the end of this month. Hell, maybe I'll be ready to post it by the end of the year!
Sometimes it does gets old, and yes, we have Christmas decorations in advance, but it is still fun, we literally have like a week off of school just to have a Christmas party in school.
That sounds so fun!! Conventions are awesome. I hope you have a good time. Do you have a suit or will you be going in more casual clothes? How common are suits at furry cons? I feel like most people wouldn't be able to afford anything fancy.
so many plans!! personally id love to start commissions as well, but its just so new and daunting i havent gotten around to it yet lmao. other than that: play games while im still free from college! gotta get as much done before the end of the month... my laptop calls to me
