i usually improve anatomy by usually trying out new artstyles that somewhat fit with my current artstyle. for rendering digitally you can search up in xhs / little red notebook (theres actually a ytber who sometimes break down xhs tuts, their name is Fungzau) and pintrest !
However if you wanna draw traditionally, usually the method i use is often taking inpiration from pintrest as refrences alongside drawing my faves / ocs! memes to help too XD
