I was sooo confused on how to do it, but [cursor:url("(url of cursor you want, I recommend looking at cursors-4u.com") 0 0, auto !important;] is what worked for me! Just make sure you get rid of the brackets and keep the quotation marks around the url of your cursor!! If this wasn't too clear, DM me and I'll be glad to help!!
