i got belittled by one of my coworkers today. she treated me like i was still in training or fresh out of training despite having worked there for almost a year. then she turned around and treated the person in training like they had been working there for years

I HAAAATE when coworkers treat you like that. I work at a club as a bartender and earlier this year I switched clubs. So I am new to this club but not to bartending. Some of the coworkers are super sweet and answer questions normally, but some act like I am a total child or like they own the bar and it's their way or the highway!
