Seemed like folks liked my last post, which was cool.
On the topic of gratitude journals, I'd like to share how I, personally, do it.
I think most people think of the ones where you add something daily, which is has its place, and is probably more effective for mental health and general positivity, but I tend to lean towards writing gratitudes whenever the hell I feel like it. If I think of something I'm grateful for while writing in my journals? Slap down a gratitude.
I put them in even when I'm not writing in my journals, but I tend to find I write them more when I journal normally, since I'm trying to find words to reach my min-goal for the day, so I dig deeper into my brain to get at things, and thus talk about things in my life, more.
I highly recommend this approach. Regular journaling goes *hella* well with gratitude journaling.
