Hello! I'm Penny, but Penlesscalligraphy is ok as well! I joined a couple days ago, but have been a little shy about posting an intro.
I prefer to stay pretty anonymous, but I go by he/they (really as many different pronouns as you can fit in one sentence because I think that's funny).
I'm an amateur writer and digital artist as well as an amateur [a lot of other things]. I love music and am looking to broaden my horizons, so any music recs are welcome. I am currently into more mainstream genres (alt, kpop, rock, etc.), but have been trying to expand into more languages and genres.
I'd love to make a few connections here, (especially internationally) (from US), so feel free to friend or message me!

My main interests are in art and music, they're very closely linked too. At the moment I mainly draw musicians I like but I do like drawing my ocs, I'm participating in art fight this year, my user is in my bio if you're you wanna take a look!!
As for music, it has always been huge part of my life. I've been doing classical piano since I was very little and only last year have I picked up the guitar, I hope to at least write one song this year (its been hard tryna start writing one ngl..). When it comes to music I listen to, I don't particularly have a favourite. I grew up on a lot of classic rock, The Beatles being one of my fav bands of all time, I also like Cream, Derek and the Dominoes and The Police. Some of the bands I currently listen to are Green Day, MCR, The Descendents, Pulp and Gorrilaz. There are plenty more ofc but these are like some of the ones I can remember at the moment (some are in my bio too). I also still love listening to classical music from time to time, I'm considering learning another piece on the piano, idk which yet tho. Also if you ever want to share music recs with me, feel free to!! I'm always on the hunt for new music
Even though I don't watch any new anime, I have a few long time favourites, those being Attack On Titan, JJBA, JJK, and HxH. I also love learning about history, I particularly like learning about English Medieval History, Horrible Histories fueled this interest in it LMAO

Oomfie drew my oc aaa, the original drawing is the little floating head that I did and they turned her into a full character sheet (feat her girlfriend)
We where joking about how she looks like a vegetable so i'm wondering if her name should be a vegetable one or if I go classic and call her Midori

- The bee is not part of her design, i hate bees and oomf wanted to make fun of me
- Apparently she hid three of her watermarks in the drawing and I can only find one I LOOKED EVERYWHERE THO??

ʚLore (you can keep it short or go into heavy details): She was born into a neglectful household and grew up mostly by herself. She did well in school, but never cared for it... except for the library. She spent all her time there, reading and talking with the librarian Ms. James. She only has three dreams in life -- to be a librarian, have a few close friends, and to meet a boy who loves her. But with her schizophrenia worsening with no end in sight (she cant take the medication bc it doesnt work at all) she makes a promise to stay sane for as long as she can and make the most of the time she has left. I don't know more than that as of yet she won't tell me anything more :P
