It's very very complicated to get over procrastination and I doubt there's a miracle problem BUT here's some tips you can try:

- Tell yourself you'll just do it for 5 minutes
- Use differents ways of studying, you can use pomodoro technique, write your notes, speak them aloud etc
- Count the days you past procrastined and how much time it took you
- Ask a friend to constatly remind you to do it
TWIN... for me i try body doubling, im much more likely to want to complete work or even a task if im doing it with someone. Doesn't work all the time tho (๑-﹏-๑)

Oh thats so real, like 60% of the time we get sidetracked LOL. I think also the 5 minute rule helps like CDDouble mentioned, but good luck you'll hopefully find ways to cope!!!
This may sound a bit silly, but there is an app called focus tree, where the more time you spend focusing you can build a garden, and you can join gardens with your friends. I also procrastinate a lot and the hardest part is sticking with it and getting started. the app locks down your phone (you can choose which apps and are always able to override it) but it helps to remove the digital distraction (if that is part of you challenge)
i might try that it sounds really helpful thank youദ്ദി˶˃ ᵕ ˂ )✧
i started filming timelapses of myself not necessarily to post but it keeps you off your phone and like you're being held accountable; it's fun to watch also
sometimes just forcing urself to do it for 2 min works for me, esp if its something i alr started its easier to get back into it. Speaking of, if it's like a project that u stop and start I like to always start the next bit before i stop for the day - i find its easier to get back into smth if its alr started yk? good luck tho!
I find the pomodoro technique very helpful! I use the YouTube videos so I can visually see it. Sometimes I will body double with friends at the library. Also having a spot that’s just for work (like the library, cafe etc) that’s separate from where you do other things like maybe play games or smth like that can help too!
Think of trade offs, and consider if time spent doing an action could be better spent doing something more productive. or something like that
