The one that I was currently thinking of is Frieren, each character is so well-written and the story is really great. Definitely a must-watch for anyone who likes stories around the themes of time and finding the beautiful in the mundane moments of life and appreciating the little things that often go unnoticed :)
One piece is a great joy! I'm not caught up(as many aren't for such a long series) but I love it and it's concepts to bits :D One Punch Man, Mob Psycho 100, Saiki K, and Way of the House Husband are some favorites of mine in the anime realm ^^
