What is a movie/show you feel like everyone needs to watch / changed your life?
Personally, My Hero Academia has a special place in my heart.. def not one I think everyone should watch, but it’s not an overstatement to say it changed my life. I discovered it when I was an insecure middle schooler.. and seeing Deku still striving to be a hero after being put down by his literal hero.. his own mother.. it’s exactly what I needed to see at that point of my life.

It's about so many things, but to me it reminds me about the power of humanity and the importance of both your own resilience and trust in other people. It has comedic *and* tragic moments, just like real life, it gets serious when needed while remembering beautiful lighthearted moments also need to have their own place. I also like the message that despite equivalent exchange being the main principle in alchemy, rarely things are actually fair and that if you want change - you need to start with yourself and your surroundings. The worldbuilding is interesting and almost every character is important in their own way and has their own role, it's easy to get attached to them. When I was 11-12 watching the show, it affected me very positively and (as dramatic as it may sound) helped me to not lose faith in humanity.
it's a bit complicated to explain without venting or going into heavy subjects but basically these three games talk about topics that are sensitive to me and i relate to them a LOT
I don't think people will have the same experience has me playing it but it's okay
piece of media so good it inspired me to live longer
