This is gonna be unoriginal, but I'd make a cake using the star bits from super mario galaxy. In the game, star bits taste like honey, so it'd be a honey cake (if it exists). Name would be super basic, like "Star Bit Honey Cake" or something like that.

I'd try making a sort of lava cake with the mannequins from ultrakill in the violence layer. I'd have it be coated with the porcelain of the mannequin shell, tasting like white chocolate, then using the insides of the mannequin to make a strawberry shortcake base that is filled with strawberry filling. The name would probably be a pun of one of the levels in violence, "...Like utensils to a dish" or possibly something else pun related :]

It appears like a scoop of ice cream that looks exactly like your favourite ice cream flavour but with a visual blur and glitchy filter. If you don't have a favourite or have never had one etc, it will keep physically shifting between different ice cream types.

It isn't even technically real, so it contains no allergens or whatsoever.


Instead of only physically "tasting" it, eating it will make you recall your fondest memory of having an ice cream and taste that exact ice cream with the exact same feelings eating it. If you've never ever had an ice cream or strongly dislike ice cream for some reason, it will alter its flavour and texture into something that you will surely like eating, which can sometimes make it not taste like an ice cream at all.

HOWEVER. it only ever appears in dreams or dimensions that you can only enter if you're asleep. Eating it also turns any bad scenarios you are facing (let's say nightmares) in that dimension into a neutral or even good scenario based on dosage for a certain period of tie.

Side effect is that the more you eat the more forgetful you become until you return to reality/equivalent realms.

Just something like cosmic jelly would be cool :] It would always taste cool even whet it melts a bit and it's filled with sugary bits like sprinkles that are stars maybes and the jelly tastes a bit like those blue raspberry gummies >_<
