ok this is big!! Talk to her and be nice and talk about stuff you have in common and about what you like about her and her life you know. Give her lots of attention and make sure she knows you care about her a lot.
flirting in my mind is basically just a playful expression of romantic (in this case) intimacy. So basically just start by showing how interested you are in the relationship between the two of you specifically (like, for example, talking about some things you two would do together or about some silly hypothetical where the two of you are involved or something). And as it eventually becomes more appropriate, act more like the two of you are very close emotionally already (because you would be at this point). Since she already likes your personality, you shouldn't have to worry about being awkward as long as you're being yourself and you feel comfortable. I don't know if that makes sense, but I hope it does?
Myabe a friends to lovers friendship?? try to give subtle hints to her maybe :P And maybe be like super romantic some ppl are a genuie sucker for those things :D
