He is a soldier who was resurrected in a robotic body as part of Project Revenant, an initiative that brings soldiers back to life in various ways, such as turning them into zombies, cloning them, or, as in this case, converting them into cyborgs by putting their brains into new bodies! It's my most ambitious story yet, and he's not even the main characters lmao
