Is social anxiety actually so much of a bitch that it doesn’t let you go get food even when you wat to really badly? Yuh… like it’s not much different from bring scared to go ask for ketchup except im starving. Like dude im starting to suspect it’s not just the anxiety but my whole body is working against me like bru wuht. Fym you’re too scared to go get sumth 2 eat even when there’s no crowd at the canteen.

Yea and like i rly wanna play vb and i cant do much at home cuz i keep breaking stuff and i wanna play at the break in school but ofc i cant cuz I CANT…

Guys if we actually got an army to fight social anxiety would we beat it or would we be too scared to attack.

I can relate especially when I was younger. I was so freaking socially anxious I didn’t join any clubs 😔 I don’t really know how I got better, I think it’s just something you hone with time. If possible, having a friend with you who isn’t as socially anxious could help.

I do think it’s possible it would stop being so bad a while later in life, but yes having a friend there is what would help with lotta of these problems. Apparently though this year wouldn't gimme dat so ig we continue to look like that wolf meme lol (´ε｀ )

There being no crowd at the canteen kinda makes it worse cuz it feels weird being the only one to walk up there and say something, cuz like you feel so out of place and it feels scarier rather than just trying to mix in w the crowd and just copying what other ppl are doing ಥ⌣ಥ
We really should declare a war against this social anxiety, it has ruled over us for so long it deserves to face its end...

I hate the crowd cuz everyone is getting all up in your space… and then what u said happens when it’s the middle of the break and everyone got their stuff & went away but like now it feels weird to go get something myself- -_-b sum1 give me my sword and armour this sucks sm!!!!!!
