If you're an Apple Music user, on desktop you can use the built-in visualiser with Window -> Visualiser. It defaults to a modern style but you can change it to a classic media player style with Window -> Visualiser Options.
This is the one that's just built into the Apple Music application but I believe you can download some third party ones and link them to Spotify and such!
