Random thought but I remember a nightmare I had.
I was walking to the ER at the middle of the night. Felt crazy sick. With every step I got worse, felt like my skin was moving... Suddenly my skin starts ripping open and spiders come out of the holes but so many it rips further. I. A shredded mess till suddenly boom giant spider burst from my chest. I have barely grabbed the door handle.
