I played Versus way earlier. It was so fucking fun and I enjoyed kicking ass. Multiple times, over the course of multiple games, I both killed a Jockey mid leap and shoved a Hunter midair. Every single time I was like :O

During the last chapter of a Parish game, the Tank downed two of my teammates near the bus before the tilted section, and thought he trapped me midair with a punch that left me at an awkward angle, so he ran ahead to kill Ellis, who had already gone further ahead.

I'm still glad he got cocky and did that, because my character's anim returned to normal. It earned me enough time to use a first aid kit, pick up my teammates, and get us just far enough to earn more points. One of the teammates I saved actually made it to the helicopter.

It's always super awesome knowing that my presence actually played a role in the outcome of any given chapter or entire game. It's always nice knowing I'm a useful teammate and make a difference.

I love Left 4 Dead.

Oki first post in this group but I have a fun story I guess lol! I was in a communications class (required) and our final project could be on ANYTHING, as long as we managed to relate it back to communication. So I, the ultimate nerd, decided I was going to do my entire presentation on how the way fans communicated in fandom spaces was altered by Star Trek (specifically K/S shippers) and I ended up wearing an original series Uniform costume that I had to present it and got an A d(>_< ) all hail fanfics for academic learning or something PHHT.

GUYSSSSS my boyfriend(shout out Freezy) surprised me after our date today with this Miniature Tigers vinyl (MY FAV BAND IN THE WORLD)🥺🥺 I love this album so much!! It's called Mia Pharaoh.

I highly recommend it if you like dream/synth pop or neo-psychedelia! My fav tracks are Flower Door, Boomerang, Sex on the Regular, and Angel Bath. But honestly they're all really good!

A lip and ear cuff set, since I don't feel like getting full piercings right now. I didn't want to show my face, so you get a fun, quick, random character sketch to approximate what they look like on a face.



I got most of my supplies from Rio Grande. Unfortunately I don't have a link to the stainless steel chain I used, but I got the sheet metal for the cuffs from the link below.

I used titanium, as most of what I plan on making with it will be lip/face jewelry, and titanium is a lot less likely to poison me when making contain with my mouth than some aluminum alloy from home-despot. Titanium is generally very difficult to cut, so I also got 22 gauge. Depending on the tools you have, I would personally avoid getting anything below an 18 gauge, as it would be insanely difficult to cut with hand tools. If you have tools that are designed to cut titanium, or even a band saw... Go crazy? I was too lazy to try using a band saw.




After sketching out the shapes I wanted, I used a metal punch to add holes to my titanium, and snips to cut out 2.0-3.5 cm strips, which I then hand sanded with a metal file. I used a pair of needle nose pliers to bend the strips around a sharpie (again, I'm too lazy to go out and use actual tools for their intended purposes), and then I had a bunch of ear cuffs/lip cuffs. You may note that two cuffs don't have holes. That is because I didn't want holes in them. Free-will, baby.

I cut the chain to size, again, with needle nose pliers. With some random old jump rings I've had under my bed for the last ten years (which are probably loaded with cadmium and lead, but shhhhh), I fastened the chain to the cuffs on the main piece. Now I have three super cool, kinda lumpy pieces that I can mix and match when ever I want. :D
