hi everypony who's reading im so new to this whole blog thing

i made this account because i want a space to let out my blurbs and probably talk about a bunch of stuff, and if i make some friends while im at it that'd be cool too >< i cant find any spaces like this online anymore. it saddens me, everything is just so fast nowadays.

im not that good at this profile customization stuff,, honestly i dont even have the time haha.. if anyone offers commissions for custom profiles ill probably consider. i want my own little space i think that'd be fun. sorry if its kinda bland i for realz tried but it either was illegible or too stressful to figure out sob sniffle this all i got rn

U ever get culture shocked by how different people of different backgrounds can look?

I mostly grew up around my family and my culture so I got used to it. Going out into the world and seeing other ppl with different noses, lips, and teeth was so eye opening.

Came to the realization that I’ve never met 2 people alike. Which sounds obvious but idk,, sometimes I think I’m not special. And I’m some ways we aren’t. But there’s only one you. Which is kinda awesome and horrifying.

One of my favorite things to do is buy records in the bargain bin that no one has any idea who they are. Sometimes the album isn't my style, but most of the time, the stuff on them is great. I have a lot of these albums with no one to share them with, so I might as well post them here.

McGuinness Flint's self-titled is one of those albums that surprised me; the cover of the record sounds nothing like the music; it's very of its time, a late 1960s folkish rock sound. They had one hit in the early 70s, but their self-titled album is the only album to ever chart.

"Heritage" and "Brother Pysche" on this album are the standout songs to me, calm to listen to. The song “When I'm Dead And Gone” was the only song by this band to ever chart; it doesn't stand out to me in this album. It just sounds too much like so many other songs of the early 1970s.

But I'm back!!! Hopefully everyone's doing alright.
As for me, I'm going through an extremely difficult time rn, might go into it in another post since I need to get it off my chest.
Can't wait to meet everyone new, it's been more than a month after all :D

whenever i tell people i don't have a phone "Oh your so lucky" no I'm not, you don't understand how i feel every single day especially when the person that won't give you the phone keeps on talking about it,legit PLAYING in your face. " I want to give it to you but i can't " "whenever i see a kid with a phone i think of you" " if you had a phone you'd be addicted " it fucking sucks and im 16 years old btw about to turn 17, in 4 months i literally cannot do anything i look for college/other resources "you need a phone number" a program I'm in i needed a phone to scan a qr code and I couldn't do it and i had to embarrass myself in front of the whole class and then you needed a phone number afterwards "what about those temporary numbers you can get"that doesn't work for me bc I don't have a normal device, I get scared telling people i don't have a phone literally when i people they made fun of me I can't do this anymore, i want to get a bunerphone but i can't get it online bc my mom sees everything i buy on my card, and i can't fet it irl bc i live in the middle of buttfuck nowhere and i can't go outside bc my mom hates me

everyone ik / see is in a relationship now😔 what abt ME but like it's okay bc i don't have a phone ( i will never get it bc my mom hates me) and my mom doesn't let me go outside except if i have to go to school or when she forces me to go to church so a relationship wouldn't work rn anyway #iwantfreedom #ihatemyteenageyears
